Get Fit Anywhere!
It is certainly effective to exercise in your own home, backyard, park, or anywhere! All it takes is a pair of sneakers, your own body weight, some determination, and a plan. You can run, walk, use your stairs, perform plyometrics, and aerobics without any equipment and these exercises are easily adjustable for any fitness level. Of course I have plenty of portable equipment I provide for my clients. Bosu balance trainers, stability balls, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Trainer, resistance bands, and dumbbells are just some examples. My clients often discover that they have lots of equipment hidden away in their own homes too!
