Holiday season is upon us. It’s a wonderful time of year but let’s face it, it’s a stressful time of year too! Traffic is heavy, the stores are crowded, and we have to cram a millions things into just a few short weeks. Sometimes with all the rushing around and parties to attend, it’s easy to skip workouts and eat a little too much. That being said, I challenge you to find the time to exercise and pay attention to your eating. You may have to get out of bed a half an hour or so earlier than usual in order to be able to exercise and also fit in all those extra things you need to get done in your day. You won’t be sorry you did! Try to eat something before going to that party where you know there will be so many temptations at your fingertips. You will be happy when the holidays are over and you don’t have so many extra pounds to lose in the New Year. Cheers!
