Exercise will make you smarter!
It seems that everyone is overloaded with work lately. Given the state of our economy, workers are expected to put in more hours and perform multiple more functions than ever before. As a result, many people let their health and fitness routines slide. Who has the time?
Yes, you do have the time! You are working your brain while you exercise. When do I come up with my best ideas? While I’m exercising! When I work out with a buddy, we bounce ideas back and forth off each other and often give one another some good advice. When train by myself, I tend to do some deep thinking and problem solving.
So next time you try to talk yourself out of exercise because of your busy schedule, think twice about that. Remember that you are not wasting time when you workout, you are maximizing your time!
