About me
I have always been interested in eating well, exercising, and being fit. However, after having 3 children, light cardio and the same old weight routine just wasn’t cutting it! I have worked hard to change my body and educate myself in fitness and nutrition. The best, unexpected result of being in good shape is how it’s helped raise my self-confidence, increase my energy levels, and brighten my overall attitude! I like working with various populations including teens, adults, and seniors.

I work with all fitness levels and look forward to helping you achieve your goals. I live in West Chester, PA and the majority of training I do is in West Chester, Chadds Ford, Thornton, Exton, Kennett Square, Garnet Valley, Glen Mills and more.
Training Philosophy
My approach begins with a comprehensive fitness and nutritional assessment. With this information, I design custom fitness programs that work your total body including:
- strength
- cardio
- core
- balance
- and flexibility
Depending on what you already have, I provide all the equipment needed. You also receive a nutrition guidance program designed to achieve your goals. My experience has shown that the best results come from consistently reassessing your fitness level and goals. Changing up the routine will minimize plateaus and keep your workouts fun and interesting!
